Shipping and Return Policy

At Precision Saw Service, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Cost: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all Performance Muffler orders. Pressure Test equipment will ship for free.

  2. Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding Sundays.

  3. Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or special-order items

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@precisionsawservice.net Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

  5. Refunds: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the original item is returned and inspected, a new order will be processed. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@precisionsawservice.net. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
